4. Hot Rolling: The cast nickel ingots/slabs are heated and passed through hot
rolling mills to reduce their thickness and improve mechanical

5. Annealing: The hot-rolled nickel plates undergo an annealing process to
relieve internal stresses and improve ductility.
6. Cold Rolling: The annealed nickel plates are cold rolled to achieve the desired
thickness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.

8. Final Inspection and Packaging: The finished nickel plates undergo thorough quality inspection to
