Ni70Cr30 Heating Resistance Wire
Ni70Cr30 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy suitable for
temperature applications up to 1250°C. High chromium content (30%
in average) provides very good life time, especially in the furnace
applications.
Ni70Cr30 is characterized by high resistivity, good oxidation
resistance, good ductility after use and excellent weldability.
Alloy is not subject to “green rot" and is particularly well suited
for reducing and oxidizing atmospheres.
Electric Heating Devices
Ni70Cr30 resistance wire is widely used in various electric heating
devices such as air heaters, electric furnaces, water heaters, etc.
It provides stable heating performance and has a relatively long
service life.
Ni70Cr30 resistance wire is often made into heating tubes for
heating liquids or gases. These heating tubes are commonly used in
heaters, water heaters, steam generators, etc.
In household appliances, Ni70Cr30 resistance wire is used to
manufacture heating elements for ovens and microwaves. They provide
uniform heating and have the advantage of rapid heating.
- Heating Pads and Blankets
Ni70Cr30 resistance wire is also used in the manufacture of heating
pads, blankets, and other electric heating products, commonly used
for warmth, therapy, etc.
In the automotive industry, Ni70Cr30 resistance wire is used to
manufacture car seat heaters, providing comfortable seat heating
for drivers and passengers, enhancing comfort during travel.
